GENERAL INFORMATION

PAPERS PRESENTATION

The presentations will be made orally (MS PowerPoint – download TEMPLATE ) or by poster (download TEMPLATE). Authors should choose the presentation method during the paper submission. Further instructions on oral presentation duration and poster size will be available after 15 February 2024. Poster preparation and printing is the duty of authors, who should come to the Conference with the printed poster, ready to be exhibited. Oral presentations will be provided with the appropriate time for discussion.

PRESENTATIONS OF COMPANIES AND INSTITUTIONS

Companies and institutions that would like to organise their presentations and exhibitions at the GNP 2024 Conference should contact Organising Committee by 30 January 2024, with prepared data about the presentation/exhibition. Payment will be arranged with Organising Committee. A list of companies and institutions who help the Conference financially will be published in the conference material, with the appropriate advertisement/presentation.

WEATHER CONDITIONS

Generally, March is a winter month in Montenegro, with cold, snowy weather in mountains. Although we do not expect (big) snow in the town of Kolašin, good skiing conditions are expected on Bjelasica slopes.

TIME

Montenegro is in the CET zone, i.e. one hour ahead of Greenwich Mean Time (GMT).

CURRENCY

The currency of the European Union (EUR) is used in Montenegro.

ELECTRICITY

The voltage in Montenegro is 220 V, with a frequency of 50 Hz. Plugs and sockets are the same as those in the continental countries of Europe. 

VISA AND PASSPORT

A visa is not required for citizens of most European countries, for a stay in Montenegro up to 30 days. A valid ID card is required for citizens of EU countries. A valid passport is required for citizens of non-European and some European (non-EU) countries. A visa is necessary for citizens of most non-European countries.
